OUR PASTORS
Gary and Pam Hart have been Lead Pastors of Victory Church since 1991. Their heart is to see a strong, thriving church in Great Falls—one that shares the gospel and makes an impact both here at home and around the world.
Known for their practical and life-giving teaching, they love helping people grow in faith and succeed in every area of life, including marriage, family, finances, and more.
Even after more than 40 years in ministry, they feel like they’re just getting started. Together with the Victory family, they are passionate about building a lasting legacy for the generations to come.
Gary and Pam are also proud parents of two grown children, Spenser and Gina, who, along with their spouses, are serving in full-time ministry.

At Victory Church, you can expect services that last about an hour and are designed to be engaging, uplifting, and meaningful. Each week you’ll experience high-energy worship, a practical and Bible-based message, and fun, age-appropriate classes your kids will love in a safe and welcoming environment.
Come as you are—no need to sign up, clean up, or dress up (unless you want to!). Whether you’re a seasoned churchgoer or visiting for the very first time, you’ll be met with genuine smiles, heartfelt prayer, and a warm atmosphere of fellowship.
More than just hosting services, our heart is to create an environment where you can deepen your relationship with God, build lasting community, and be equipped to share the life-changing power of the gospel with the world.

Our parking team is ready to help as soon as you arrive! The main lot is first-come, first-served and fills quickly, but our south lot offers plenty of convenient spaces near the front doors. Handicap parking is available right out front, and our team is always happy to assist so your arrival is smooth and stress-free.

We kindly ask our guests to plan for approximately an hour. For your convenience, children's check-in opens 15 minutes before the service begins and reopens for pick-ups after the service concludes. This ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for both our guests and their families.

At Victory Church, your children are our top priority! In our Next Gen. Ministers, we provide age-specific classes for V-Babies (0–3), V-Tots (3–Kindergarten), V-Kids (1st–6th grade) and V-Youth (7th - 12th grade.
Each class is filled with laughter, fun activities, and age appropriate Bible-based lessons that kids love. Our team is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming environment where your children can grow in their personal faith and look forward to coming back again and again.
On Sunday mornings we invite all middle school students to join us in the sanctuary. On Wednesday nights we provide these students with their very own services where they can grow their faith in an atmosphere designed just for them, with worship, prayer, the Word of God, and fellowship.
