The Dream Team is a group of incredible people who have discovered their ministry gifts, abilities and passions and are actively using them in ministry service. They are the life blood of Victory Church and keep it running smoothly and efficiently. From creating a comfortable and welcoming environment by serving on our Hospitality Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Children’s or Student Ministries Team,  to crafting a dynamic Weekend Worship Experience by serving on the AVL Team, or to a host of other Team ministries – we are a group that is given to the fulfillment of the mission and vision of Victory Church.
